For this work the sampling techniques that will be utilized in this work is stratified random sampling, here the population to be sampled will be divided into groups basing on the category of the hospital and the risk index these hospitals. Here the data will be collected from 50 strata’s each stratum consist of 10 nurses; the sample size will be five nurses from each stratum; hence, our sample size is 250 nurses. In the making of each stratum, the population making to be included will primarily be based on their willingness to be participants in this research as long as one meets the eligibility test for this sampling. The data will be collected in both Miami and Florida, where there has been an increase in the number of issues reported in the nursing profession. The data to be collected will be primarily based on the challenges that nurses go through while in this profession as well as other issues that may hinder their performance.

For this project, the research design encompasses a descriptive research design. Through this research design, the sample population will be required to fill a survey on some sets of questions that will help in providing the information that will help in answering the research questions asked in this paper. This design is one of the best when it comes to defining the characteristics of the subject that is being studied. Having to focus on the nursing problem, numerical data on some elements may not as be sufficient as qualitative data, and therefore, this research design will give the best result. This design gives some sense of flexibility in the evaluation and collection of data, and therefore, it is the best suit for the occasion (Dulock, 1993).
