Instructions:Patient name is Catherine, 70 year old female with three kids, widowed. husband dies of renal complications.The pt has history of diabetes, hypertension, chronic hip pain, arthritis. medications she takes losartan 50mg everyday for bloop pressure, pravastatin 40 mg every day for cholesterol, gabapentin 100mg three times a day for pain, metoprolol 50 mg every 12 hours for blood pressure, isosorbide dinitrate 10mg for chest pain.The pt limps on right side of leg and uses a cane and walker. live in stroudsburg, pensylvania.
