-Key determinants affecting the health of your chosen special population.
-At least five health promotion and five illness/injury prevention interventions that might be appropriate for the special population that you selected.
-At least 2 restorative health care considerations for your chosen special population and analyze the role of the community health nurse in each.
Must include at least 2 nursing, peer-reviewed journal articles.
