Your Leadership Style

It is fairly common to be asked the following question during an interview for a supervisory or management position: How would you describe your leadership style? Therefore, it is a good idea to have thought about this question ahead of time so that you can articulate your answer well. In this week’s written assignment you will have the opportunity to do just that!

Conduct research on personal leadership styles. Compose a 1-2 page double-spaced essay describing your personal leadership style. Use the theories and perspectives presented in this week’s reading assignment to explain your style. Be sure to also point out the strengths and weaknesses of your style, including ways that you might be able to overcome your weaknesses.
