What Will Visualization Do for Our Company?

Industry: Small Healthcare supplier

The company manufactures and distributes supplies for hospitals in the greater Miami-Dade area in Florida. Your CEO saw some pretty visualizations at a conference last week. He wants to know which platforms may work the best. After locating information on Gartner’s magic quadrant (see below), choose one leader and one visionary from the magic quadrant and compare the features of the two platforms.

  • Search the web for Gartner magic quadrant BI & Analytics platforms.

Be sure to identify the appropriate leader and visionary, detail the benefits and challenges for each BI platform, and recommend one platform. Use research and include appropriate images of visualizations to support your recommendation.

You may find supporting research in the Rasmussen library to support your suggestion to the CEO, but you may find them on company websites. Please find at least 3 references to support your suggestion.

Guidelines: Please follow APA guidelines for the paper: 3 pages, double-spaced, title page, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, hanging indentions for works cited. Remember to include a References page that includes all references to material used in your paper. In-text citations are also required in the body of your paper.
