need a honest tutor

 I need a tutor I can pay out once a week not by each asignment. I also need one plag free and that resides in the USA please. I need one who communicates on a regular basis I have been having issues with tutor off this sight with them taking my work then not responding back. I have stuff due today and the neither tutor has responded back to me.
