Microsoft expressions website correction

I have a website that needs to be corrected and finished through Microsoft expressions. Needs to be done to teachers specifications. I have an incorrect one that needs to be replaced. It will be a website for me, the teacher, for a made up elementary school. I I have her instructions as well as several examples of what it must look like. Price quoted is negotiable. I need someone that has expressions and is very knowledgable in this area.
