  • I feel that it is important to try to instill a love of math in your students so they are able to appreciate and see the need for math. Often times, students get teachers who don’t like math, which I think will then turn students off to math. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think teachers should pretend they like math even if they don’t?

  • What are some ways that you can make this mathematics concept meaningful for children? Mathematical concept: less than/greater than/equal to.
  • How will you ensure that your future students will understand the math you teach so they can solve problems in the real world?

  • it is also not fun to learn something from a teacher that you know dislikes what they are teaching. What concept do you not look forward to teaching?
