cyber bullying opinion

what kind of policies would you implement in you high school to prevent cyber bullying?? 

 

not an essay.. much more of a blog opinon about a page long… no references or citations needed just a simple opinion type of paper on how you can prevent cyber bullying or help it starting in your high school.
