· I need to look for the report on retrospective medication adherence rates and develop a MAP Toolkit binder for about nurses. Choose nurses to be involved (criteria include that they have Master’s prepared, who have been with the company for three or more years, diabetic education certification).· Download 35 informed consents for the participants.· Prepare your PowerPoint for teaching the nurses in their preparation for teaching their patients about using the MAP Toolkit for Medication Adherence.· Determine what two days you are going to teach the nurses about the project (60 minutes- 45 minutes training and 10 min PowerPoint)· Collect the medication adherence rates and send the codebook to your professor.
