Requirements:
Template Instructions
· Include the information from the template in a summary form in paragraphs. Or, copy the template or create your own table with the areas from the template and include it after the introduction paragraph with purpose statement. If you include a template or a table within the paper, it can be single or double spaced.
· The Introduction paragraph with purpose statement and conclusion should be double spaced.
· Follow APA format for the entire paper.
· For the Week 10 Assignment, save your Assignment using this naming convention as the file name: WK10Assgn+last name+first initial. (extension)

Order for the Assignment
2- to 3-page paper that includes:
· Title Page
· Introduction paragraph with purpose statement
· 2-3-page paper with information from the template
· Conclusion
· References
Note: The title page and reference page do not count toward the 2-3-page limit. At least 2 complete pages are required. Up to ½ page over is acceptable for a total of no more than 3 ½ pages.
