statistic paper

there is the statistic paper. please finish the research paper as following the documents.

As a reminder follow the Phase 5 outline as provided in the Research Paper Instructions posted to Canvas If none of your coefficients are significant — then for the section that discusses Marginal Effects — be sure to use the word ‘if we assume the coefficient is significant then the marginal effect would be ….’ and then interpret it. Reminder that ME are only calculated on continuous variables and not discrete.
For the prediction section of the paper be sure to use numbers from your data set, the X’s, to predict your Y and then interpret the result.

For those of you who have models where none of the coefficients are statistically significant — you might try running your model again but change the level of significance from .05 – the default value in Excel to .10. In the regression dialogue box you can change the alpha. I don’t know if it will help but it might be worth trying. This is your decision.

reminder : The R-Squared, F-Test, and slope coefficients are not significant in your model, and that is okay. For the paper, you should write about that the r-squared, f-test, and slope coefficients in your model are not statistically significant and why that is bad, but you should also write about what if they WERE statistically significant (even though they are not in the model). You will need to say (let’s assume that the r-squared is statistically significant) and write about the good (higher variance is captured) and bad (possible multicollinearity). the last file is sample paper
