Consider the various research designs presented in Chapter 3.  Given the goals and objectives of the two social services agency programs, you identified in week 3, discuss possible research designs that could be used to evaluate outcomes at your agency.

• What would be the best design to answer your evaluation questions?
• What are the pros and cons of your design choice?
• Does the choice of your design pose any additional ethical considerations?
• What would be the best sampling method for your population?
• What is the assessment schedule?  (In other words, how often/when will the participants be evaluated, and at which time points?)
