physician relationship.

Question 9

I believe providing great health care is a matter of combining several aspects. Patients respond well to a modern state of the art facility that thrives on the latest technology. This gives a sense of being taken care of. However sometimes it is difficult to get feedback or calls from doctors when a patient has questions. I believe it would be beneficial to create a line that would answer to patient’s concerns that do not require visits. Expensive changes would involve acquiring newer machines to provide the latest technology. I believe when patients visit doctors they are in a vulnerable state and needing support. It is important to feel all your needs ranging from physiological to psychological are being met. That you are being valued as a whole and not just a symptom or payor source. A good first impression can create a lifetime client and fortify the patient-physician relationship.
