country that have nurse unions, which are Michigan, the District of Columbia, Minnesota, Kentucky, California, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Maine, Illinois, Nevada and Texas.Nursing students are the pillars of the organization and the future of the union, so I consider that their incorporation into unions as soon as possible generates more knowledge on the part of them about their rights and interests. An example would be adequate wages, working conditions, and company updates.

4.  PART 1: Florida does not have many collective bargaining records; it is one of the states with the fewest collective interventions since the law in this state is quite restrictive. It is legally established that Article 1 of the United States Constitution nurses must work in a harmonious environment.PART 2: The most notable advantages in collective bargaining is the fact that all bargaining members have the right to express their ideas and say whether or not they agree with the decisions made, this provides them with job security and The expectation of having better working conditions, wages and conditions without the need to belong to any association, in other words, the desires and interests are discussed internally, collective bargaining is carried out without the need for any other organization to intervene. The disadvantages come when it is the employers and the administrators who do not defend the labor interests and the collective negotiations do not satisfy the needs.

When we take any negotiation to the legal it is an initiative on the part of the workers and they force the administration to take tangible measures for everyone, on the other hand it could be a disadvantage if the negotiation that is wanted does not have legal support and is not justified, everything It would depend on the situation and why both parties must comply with the established guidelines. Union dues, mandatory strikes are a disadvantage for many because membership of the organization requires time and extra sacrifices. I would like to belong to La Union since it is a union that at the United States level has demonstrated to protect nurses and our interests. (Beliera, 2019)
