Make a summary of the attached Reading and also answer the attached questions. (Tow products needs to be delivered).
Please follow the below instructions:
1) Make an introduction what are you going to talk about by order. The introduction should include each point that will be discussed and explained in the summary and should include all-important points in the reading.
2) In the introduction, please define, if there is any definition or terms needs to be clarified before you start talking about the reading. (The reading include many terms needs to be defined clearly)
2) In the introduction, what is the main idea, (the goal/purpose of this reading), what is the whole reading is about? Why this reading is important? And then tell what you are going to talk about by order. The introduction should include each point that will be discussed and explained in the summary and should include all-important points in the reading.
4) Start your summary explains each point by orders that given in the introduction. Trey to be clear, specific, direct, using simple English words, and organized. It does not matter how many words or pages you write, but of course, your summary cannot be less than 4 pages single-spaced or 8 pages double-spaced. The most important thing is to summarize all important points and information in the reading. (Do not leave any title or bold word in the reading without explanation and summarizing). Everything in the reading needs to be summarized in direct, simple, and organized way that represent your understating of the reading.
6) Do not forget the conclusion, citation, references, and organized the look of the paper and make ready to be submitted.
7) You need to critique the reading and answer the following questions (very important)
· What is stated purpose of the study?
· Did the authors consider all relevant information and limitation? If not, how might this have changed the conclusions?
· Does the reading relevant to a Public Administration and public program evaluation? (This is the name of the course.
8) After you finish summarizing the reading, please answer the attached questions separately in the same word doc. I have attached. That’s mean you will deliver tow products (the summary and the answers for the attached questions)
