Use what you know about the limited domain on a function to answer one of the following.  (Notice I’m using the old “arcsin” to denote the “inverse of sin” function because I can type it when there is no math palette.)
    1. (a)  Why is arcsin (-1) ≠ 3pi/2 when sin 3pi/2 = -1? 
    2. (b) Why arctan (1) ≠ 5pi/4 when tan 5pi/4 = 1?
    3. (c)  Why is arccos ((sqrt 2)/2) ≠ 7pi/4 when cos 7pi/4 = (sqrt2)/ 2?
