8.1.Recognize Gaps in Research
Gaps are considered missing pieces or areas in research that has not been explored or are underexplored. Please review the following:
Write a paragraph explaining any identified “gaps†in the research you have identified thus far for your literature review. Does your Scholarly Practice Project (SPP) have the potential to address or fill any “gaps†in current practice?
Consider any gaps in healthcare, you have personally witnessed during your nursing career. Can you help identify any gaps in care or research that need to be addressed?
