Dicot #1 (Succulent/ Waxy)

Dicot #2 (Fuzzy)

1. First of all, we connect the pipet to the tube and put them under water in the tub. Then, we use the syringe to take out the air bubbles in the tube, and cover one end of the tube with the finger. We cut the stem of the plants under water. Then, put the plant on the other end of the tube, while still under water and wrap it with Para film. After that, we put the whole thing on the stand in clamps. We mark the starting point of the air bubble. We mark the air bubble every 10 minutes for 30 minutes.

Critique: The para film was not wrap tightly enough and the syringe do take all the air bubbles, so air bubble will still in the tube and the connecting point is leaking water.
